Is there a stock size?
There are certain sizes that are more efficient, ask your Deco-Sign sales person to direct you.

Are there any stock tools?
Yes, our stock circle signs come in 12, 15, 18, 20 and 24 inch diameters. In addition, our stock bottle caps come in sizes 12, 18 and 24 inches.

What are the normal lead times?
Deco’s normal lead time is approximately four weeks from receipt of art. We will make every effort to meet your special requirements as needed.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
At Deco, we do not have a minimum order quantity, but with the film, tooling and set-up costs amortized into the piece price, less than 100 pieces can become cost prohibitive.

How much does sign size effect pricing?
While the size does affect piece price, the bigger variable is quantity.

How large of a tacker can Deco print?
Deco’s print and fabrication equipment is designed to produce signs up to 48″ x 60″.

How long will my metal tacker last?
Deco uses U.V. cured inks made from automotive pigmentation allowing us to offer 3 to 5 years fade resistance. The material itself will last much longer.

Is it cheaper to not emboss my tacker sign?
It is slightly less expensive to not emboss the tacker signs, but the emboss makes the sign stronger and adds character.

How much does die cutting to a custom shape add to my metal tacker sign price?
Die cutting to shape will add $.20 to $.25 per sign and the cutting dies run from $100 to $300 depending on size and intricacy.

Why use aluminum instead of steel for my tacker signs?
The aluminum is lighter and will last longer in outdoor applications.
